Honestly OCD Clinical Counselling
Accepting virtual clinical counselling clients located in British Columbia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Virtual Clinical Counselling
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate in Social Science.
My practice has a particular focus on OCD-informed counselling, including the taboo and highly stigmatized themes that can leave people feeling isolated, ashamed, or afraid to seek support.
As both a Registered Clinical Counsellor and someone with lived experience of OCD, I share from the intersection of professional knowledge and personal experience.
My hope is to provide a space where OCD can be talked about openly, compassionately, and without shame.
Virtual counselling now available to clients in British Columbia and the UK.

Workshops
OCD Psychoeducation and Workshops
Educational workshops and presentations are available for individuals, families, professionals, organizations, and communities seeking to better understand obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Topics may include:
intrusive thoughts, images, urges, and sensations; mental and behavioural compulsions; common OCD themes and presentations; shame, stigma, and misconceptions about OCD;
evidence-informed treatment approaches; and ways to support someone living with OCD.
Workshops provide general educational information and do not include individualized assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment unless they are expressly identified and structured as a clinical service.
